Happy Weekend Everyone!
There are days when I just love to put on everything regardless of colour, texture and style and today's outfit is certainly that kind of day outfit. There's an unexplainable beauty that I've attracted to mix-matching hippies look since my childhood. As the winter walked in and we start layering up our outfits more than ever, this style seems to work even better.
So, today I'm wearing my over-the-knee boots with the suede camel-colour skirt & black knitted sweater, then complete the look with this tweed long coat and extra-long knitted shawl to bring more dramatic fun style. It's comfortable and keeping me warm, which is my priority this season. If not mix-matching, I stay true to my MY CLASSIC STYLE. What do you guys think of this look?? Do you have any particular kind of style that you are currently wearing alot?? Don't forget to write me in the comment section.

You’ll find as you get older that there are plenty of evening events that take place, and for such special occasions, you need to wear the right kind of outfit. But sometimes, finding the perfect formal dress all starts with prom or homecoming. The good news is, with the right help and knowledge, you don’t have to despair – the right dress is out there for you! Now that festive season is all around the corner, I'm sure many of you would be looking for the right formal dress than ever. So, I've laid out a few tips which you may like to consider when searching for your perfect evening/formal party dress.
Finding the Perfect Evening Dress
Evening dress – whether they are for homecoming, prom, or another smart occasion, come in an array of styles, colours, and textures. To find the best dresses that both look great on you and suit your taste, you need to know a little about the design, the materials that are used, and keep your body shape in mind, too.
Budget and Material
When it comes to finding the perfect formal dress, you need to start with a budget. Women are usually fussy about the kinds of outfits they wear, which includes considerations like the material the gowns are made of. Most of the higher-quality evening dresses are rather costly, so you will want to set a budget and stick to it while trying to find your perfect dress. You will also need to take the dress material into consideration and choose something you will feel comfortable in.
Knowing your body can help greatly when looking for the perfect formal dress. If you don’t know your bust size, waist size, and height, it’s going to be tough to find that dream dress. So, make sure you take all the measurements, either yourself or get a professional to help, before you start your search.
Knowing those three simple measurements can be the difference between a drab outfit and a glamorous evening gown that compliments all the right areas of your body.
Here’s an interesting tip: your body type can have an impact on the styles and fabrics that work best on your body. Even the design lines and embellishments can have an impact on drawing the eye towards the best features on you.
Skin Tone and Fit
The colour of the dress you pick should work well with your skin tone and will have an impact on the impression you want to convey. There is a wide range of gorgeous dresses so you can conveniently shop online at Prom Dress Shop.
You’ll also want to get the right fit. You can have a stunning design, colour, and style, and even the right size, but if your dress is overly tight in some places or hangs poorly in others, you are going to feel uncomfortable all night.
Another big element to finding the right dress is making sure you carry yourself well. That means concentrating on even the smallest of details. You should accessorise according to the dress you pick, and not try to accessorise before finding a dress. Aside from the jewellery, you will need to think about elements such as handbags, shoes, hats, and belts. Don’t forget to wear your makeup according to your dress, too, and create a hairstyle that matches the entire ensemble for an overall sensational look.
The right dress is definitely out there, you just have to know how to look for it!

Happy Friday Beauties!
Today's outfit is about staying true to the classic style. I'm sure you agree that black and white can never go wrong regardless of what season and where you are. But the beauty is doubled and enhanced when you throw on a bit of color to your classic black and white outfit. So, don't be scared to put on some colors over your classic outfit pieces to make your classic winter outfit more interesting.
Seems like I'm falling in love with green shades every fall/winter. Out of many beautiful coats I've seen, I end up choosing this green coat from again NEWLOOK during their BLack Friday Sale. But I can't deny that green is such a fun color that can upscale your outfit. This coat certainly does make a difference over my classic black trouser and white jumper.

The colder months are the best times for accessorising, with an abundance of hats, scarves, mittens, boots and outerwear at our disposal. But if there was one piece that truly sets the tone for an autumn or winter outfit, it’s your coat. The editors of Bustle explain that we go through our personal fashion battles when we transition from warm to cold and vice versa, and for this time of the year, it’s about mastering the art of buying the perfect winter coat. There are plenty of outerwear styles to complement your everyday ensembles, and one of the coats that left many fashionistas with a lasting impression is the cape coat.
Today, we’re taking inspiration from the lovely Jennifer Garner, spotted a few weeks ago one evening in New York City looking glamorous as ever in a tuxedo cape, courtesy of Givenchy. As a Parisian couture house founded back in 1952, outlined by the editors that put together the Givenchy collection on Lyst, their cape coats are probably out of the price range for most of us. Thankfully, there are numerous brands out there that offer similar outerwear options at affordable rates.
So dress yourself up in this superhero silhouette this season and check out these styling tips to keep you chic all winter long:
With white trousers
If you’ve got a beige, cream, or any other light-coloured cape in your closet, wear them with your white skinny jeans. It’ll be a nice contrast from all the blacks and darker hues that are common during winter time. Try to match your shoes, top and other accessories with the colour of the coat to coordinate your outfit, or you can opt for a monochromatic ensemble, as pictured above.
With thigh-high boots
Just The Design reveals that the cape silhouette and over-the-knee boots is quite the popular pairing, as the height of the shoes marries well with the length of the coat. This combination gives you the freedom to maximise skirts, shorts, dresses and other summery items in the autumn and winter.
With your favourite blue jeans
One way to elevate a typical jeans and a t-shirt (or a jumper) outfit is by cuffing your jeans, and throwing on a cape coat and beautiful heels to match. This works especially well with printed capes, which allow you to have more fun with your casual winter getups. The more colourful your coat, the better and brighter you will look.

Hi Beauties, how's your week going so far? For the past few days the weather was quite pleasant and I got the chance to wear my all-time favorite ivory sling-back heels ditching those warm boots for a while. Today, I'm wearing a loose knitwear sweater with a badge-work boyfriend jeans for an effortless edgy look. I style it with fish-net socks with heels to give a feminine twist and a bit of semi-smart vibe. Depending on the occasion and weather, you can easily pair this outfit with trainers and long wool-coat.
